HP ENVY x360 Convertible 15m-ee0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP ENVY x360 shipped to my home April 17. Today is May 8, and i have to say im disappointed. Just as I thought this laptop was the best I've purchased in years, the rubber feet started peeling off. I have absolutely no idea how HP hasn't realized that the rubber silicone strips and aluminum can't stick together for long. During the last 22 days I've used this laptop, the only place its been is on my table and desk. I can't believe how weak the rubber feet are. The worst that could've happened is the scooting of inches at a time, or pushing it away from my face. Either way, HP doesn't provide replacement strips or any kind of solution. The weakness of the feet strips is beyond my comprehension. How could a company so big design something so terribly? I'f theres a solution to make my HP ENVY look new from the rubber feet can you please let me know?
