HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15-ee0002na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am totally lost my 2yr old HP ENVY x360 Convertible 15-ee0xxx Product number : 9QZ65EA#ABU had specs saying I had 1TB HDD when I searched for the manual to help replace HDD I am being told my model does not have 1TB HDD. My original specs are wrt storage 128 GB ssd 1TB Hdd.

I would be greatful if anyone would be kind enough to assist me in finding the service manual for my model, as the New version indicates a 512 GB SSD.

Thanks

Ed

Specs here say it is fitted with a 512 gig NVME M.2 SSD:

Your Service Manual

There is no place to fit any kind of 2.5 inch SSD or HDD. The only storage option is a 2280 form factor M.2 SSD.

Thanks for your reply, I think I have covid of the brain, I have not used the laptop for best part of a year and it's my second one so I guess I have gotten confused with the two models, I'm away to lie down in a well lit room.

Thanks again,

Ed
