Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible 15m-ed1xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I recently got the Window 11 upgrade notification, and Windows indicates the my HP ENVY x360 Convertible 15m-ed1xxx does not support TPM and can not be upgraded.  I have confirmed in Device Manager, that Windows 10 does not see a TPM device, but the HP Windows 11 compatible device list show that the HP ENVY x360 Convertible 15m-ed1xxx supports the Windows 11 upgrade.  

 

I have accessed the BIOS and there is no option under the security table to enable TPM.  The only change that has been made to the machine is the that BitLocker has been removed.  

 

I need to figure out how enable TPM.

You are in the US, your machine should have TPM and machine is very new.  What is the REAL model/product of your HP ENVY x360 Convertible 15m-ed1xxx ?
