Hi, during standard use of HP ENVY x360 Convertible model 15-ee0001nw right hinge has broke. Device never has been dropped or crushed. Situation occur after standard use. Of course device is out of warranty, but it seems like faulty manufactured. I found that is a common issue around the world. I understand that this is a Hardware issue. Since the unit might need repair, I would request you to contact HP Phone support who can schedule a repair as per the warranty and the issue can be fixed.
