HP ENVY x360 - 15-bq100au
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good morning,
I would like to discuss my options in regards to the right hinge of my HP ENVY x360.
Last week, while closing the laptop the screen popped loose down in the right corner and two screws fell out together with some small, plastic pieces.
I'm very surprised as I barely used the laptop since bought it around 4 years ago, and based on the tons of complaints around this same problem on the HP forum, I suspect my hinge just stayed in place for not being used.
I'm very disappointed in finding out that the material used to anchor the hinge is plastic, and nothing has been done to fix this chronic problem that has been known by HP for a long time, even before I bought my laptop.

I understand your HP notebook hinge is separating from the unit, to fix this issue your computer needs to be repaired.
