Hi,

I have an HPEnvy x360 TOuchSmart laptop which has a bad battery. I would have to remain plugged to the power source for the time I am working on it. I purrchased a battery online and I am trying to replace the battery. I am right now stuck at point of opening up the laptop. The keybaord doesn't open up completely. Looks like something is holding it from the inside and I am not able to open it up. The serial number is 5CD4395DYM.
