Product: HP Elite x2 G4 Tablet with Keyboard

Hi,

My Elite Book X2's keyboard lights are continously blinking. The keyboard is attached to the monitor with magnetic tools meaning can be pulled out so that the laptop can be used as a tablet. I have done all the troubleshooting tests by HP hardware diagnostics tools (keyboard is working) no issue arouse so what can be the problem?
