Product: HP EliteBook 1040 G3

Hello, 

I have an HP EliteBook 1040 G3 that seems to have an issue. The touchscreen doesn't always work, and it sometimes will take around 5 minutes to get to the HP logo screen, and around 5 minutes to actually do something afterwards like booting into an OS, accessing the BIOS, etc. I tried different fixes, such as holding the power button to drain the power, removing the main battery and CMOS battery, and disconnecting the keyboard. None of which seems to be working. I don't know if it's some kind of hardware issue or what.
