HP EliteBook 840 G2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi All,

I have an HP EliteBook 840 G2 with SN: [Personal Information Removed]

I bought Intel Wireless AC9560 but it doesn't work. No error code appears.

Does it have whitelist?

Hi:

That card won't work because it is a CRF (Companion RF) card.

In short, it is not a complete all in one wifi card.

It uses specifically designed Intel 8th generation core processors in order to work, which your notebook does not have.

Use the Intel 9260 AC which has the same throughput as the 9560, but it is an all in one card like the one you removed.
