Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

1. Can't find support page for this laptop. If I enter serial or product name on the support page no results.

2. Mouse randomly starts moving and clicking on desktop and opening random programs.

 

3. There is a lot of static electricity on the laptop case.
