Hi all,

 

I've upgraded my old G5 to G8 and noticed that last one can produce some annoying whistling and swish on any low CPU load (latest BIOS and Windows etc...). I think the reason is a new case design without vent holes on the left edge.

 

Am I right or it is just defective copy of my G8? Anybody feel the same?
