HP Elitebook CPU upgrade

Hi Jan,

Manual: Page 1, 75-77
http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c02847569

i7-2820QM, 2.3 GHz (turbo up to 3.4 GHz) quad-core processor, 8 MB L3 cache, 8 threads,45W : 657848-001

i7-2920XM, 2.5 GHz (turbo up to 3.5 GHz) quad-core extreme processor, 8 MB L3 cache, 8 threads, 55W : 657850-001

All listed quad core processors (life you already had) fits in same motherboard and same Mobile Intel QM67 chipset

They're pretty costly when I searched through online sellers. I'll suggest you go for SSD upgrade rather to boost overall performance.

Regards

Visruth
