Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This laptop typically stays plugged in most of the time and is used by our staff to conduct meetings on a weekly basis. Today when inspecting the setup to make sure it was ready for use the laptop will not even try to boot. I’ve checked power cables. Swapped cmos battery, checked internal connections. I’ve even swapped the battery from an identical laptop and still nothing. I’m only the HelpDesk and want to impress my boss. Any idea what I can do?
