HP Recommended
Product: Elitebook x360 1040 G6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I sent my brand new Elitebook 1040 G6 in to the repair depot on Jan 29. The 5 day repair got extended to a month, then 2. Now, they've extended it by another month stating they're waiting on a new system board. Anyone ever had this happen before? I'm in a crunch without my computer. Anyone know if they'll send a loaner or who I can call about it?
