Hi there.

I have a Hp Envy 13-ba0xxx(the 2020 model) and tonight while a was closing it i heard a strange metallic noise. I took a look to the back of the notebook and i saw a problem at the hinge (see the photo). I tried to push the hinge to put it back in the original aspect, but every time i try to open/close the notebook it happen again. I have to open the open/close the laptop I have to physically hold the screen near the hinges for it to close without damaging my touchscreen. It’s slowly getting worse as you can see there’s a crack forming and touch doesn’t seem to be working properly either.

What should I do? Thank you in advance
