HP Envy 13.3 faulty construction?

Hi All

I have purchased brand new HP Envy 13.3 Laptop for Currys 3 weeks ago. Yesterday I have noticed an issue with hinge on one side of the screen - here are some photos. It's clearly faulty construction. This happened after 3 weeks of normal using, it was never dropped or physically damaged etc 

 

What can I do with this now? Can I exchange this laptop for a new one? Does this happen on every laptop?

If I continue using this one and don't do anything it will only get worse.
