Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi Team

 

I have HP ENVY - 13-aq0000na just a month Old. But there is a gap near my left hinges when ever i open or close my laptop i get a breaking sound .Gap HP Envy.JPG 

I'm really disappointed because of this and its just a month i bought this laptop and this is always used for very light professional way . 

 

Can you please address on this issue .
