Hello,

 

I bought my HP Envy 13 Laptop in late 2019 - early 2020 window frame. The left hinge popped off and with a little push, it was put back in place just so it can drop again later on. Just got this "fixed" and now it doesn't pop in anymore. It just always have the little slit. Is that something that is just because of wear and tear or is it because the design is just like that? Thank you.
