The right side screen hinge on my new HP Envy 13-ba broke off and cracked my screen. Also, the plastic anchors that are attached to bottom base and screen casing have cracked off. I tried returning the laptop back to retailer, but it was declined. Could you please ship me the replacements parts?  Thank you,
