HP Envy 13 (ba1000ur) Product 2X1M7EA
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi! I recently purchased an HP Envy 13 model ba1000ur Product 2X1M7EA and I would like to know if it is possible to charge the laptop through the usb type-c port?
When requesting specifications through the official HP website : https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-envy-laptop-pc-13-ba1000/35800981/model/2100381678/document/...
It shows the following information for this port: 1 SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 10Gbps signaling rate (USB Power Delivery, DisplayPort™ 1.4, HP Sleep and Charge)
I want to ask you if the support of power delivery means that I can charge the laptop via a type-c compatible charger which has support of this "protocol"?
The seller told me that this is not possible, but maybe he just didn't understand the question thoroughly 🙂
Thank you all very much in advance!

HI@Atenza25, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand that notebook is compatible with to charge USB C type 65 watt power adapter.

Hope that answers your question and you have a great day!

Sorry, I messed up a little - I have a charger from Galaxy Note 20 Ultra (25w), I plugged it in with the laptop on and it did not charge, now I just for fun plugged it into the off laptop and oh wonder - I got the orange light next to the round power connector lit up. When I turned on the laptop charging stopped and the OS gave me a message about the need to connect a more powerful power supply.
