Hello,

 

I am having issues with a damaged 13t-aq000 CTO screen hinge that is pushing up on the keyboard chassis of my device.  

 

How may I reach out directly to a human technical support representative to discuss whether this either 1) covered by my warranty or 2) where I may purchase a replacement set of hinges for my device?
