Envy 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi All,

I recently had to swap out the system board in my HP Envy 15-AH151SA thanks to a faulty HP AC adaptor frying the system board... Unfortunately the serial number on the case and the serial numbers on the motherboard no longer match. I have had a look online and know that HP technicians are able to change the numbers so that they match (Think this is done using software called SNzero.exe) although I'm unable to locate this software myself.

The laptop was purchased from Currys - PC-World so I'm not sure if calling a HP technician is an option anymore. Do you know if Currys - PC-Worlds KnowHow team are able to re enter the serial number present on the computers case of is this is something HP have to do? Or even where I can get the software from if it's available to the public?

Thank you
