HP Envy 15-cn1000na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hiya! I can't seem to find an eligible replacement motherboard for the HP Envy 15-cn1000na. Searching for the user manual only gets me a "Page missing" link. The old board (which i presume is dead) has an i7 8565u CPU and MX150 GPU. I have found many other types but never cn1000na so I don't want to accidently buy the wrong parts... Any help would be greatly appreciated ❤️

Yes, if you have seen that during your search for a replacement the one from the service manual should work just fine.

If you do what I suggested, you can see if the part number from the parts list and the manual match up.

Hi:

Enter your notebook's serial number in the search window at the link below and it should provide the part number and description for the motherboard your notebook came with:

HP PartSurfer

Chapter 3 of the service manual also lists the motherboard part numbers and descriptions used but they were for the previous 15-cn0xxx model series.

However, they seem to list the same motherboard description as the one you posted.

So are the cn-0xxx motherboards compatible with cn-1000na? That would explain the cross-over i've been seeing online trying to find a part to buy?
