Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Is it possible to upgrade this laptop to 16 gb ram? Also SSD which I'm fairly sure is possible. 

 

Showing slow down with photoshop and can't afford to upgrade the laptop so thought ram and an SSD would help.

Hi:

 

Yes, you can upgrade the memory to 2 x 8 GB.

 

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.  You can find the memory upgrade info in chapter 1.

You can replace the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a 2.5" SSD of your choosing.
