I purchased an HP Envy 15T in August, 2014. After 20 months, the hinge/outer case has developed a serious stress crack. There has been no trauma to the computer that would have caused this.
I am concerned that this seems to be a popular problem. I realize I am out of warranty , but I hope HP will stand by its product and repair what look to me like a defect in the unit. I am an employee and repeat customer of HP laptops (with great success and reliability). I hope HP can resolve this for me.
