Product: HP ENVY Laptop PC 17t-cg100 CTO

Hello...in December 2021 I purchased a new HP Envy from HP.  I have taken very very good care of it.  Last week I began to notice that the hinges were cracking and snapping (especially the hinge on the right side) each time I opened my laptop.  How can I get this addressed properly? Is it possible that my laptop has the defective hinges that everyone is complaining about?  For whatever it may be worth, I have only bought and owned HP laptops due to their quality and reliability and I am extremely disappointed and frustrated that my HP Envy is only14 months old and breaking down!
