Hi @StevePeak

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

To better assist you -

1) May I have the exact model name of the computer? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

2) What's the name of the Stylus that you are using?

3) Was it working before?

If it is the first time that you are using this Stylus, I'd recommend checking the compatibility of the Stylus with your Notebook PC - HP PCs - Touchscreen Compatibility with Pen and Stylus

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.

Thanks for replying.

This looks like a hardware issue. I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the replacement, they should be able to help.

Have a great day!
