m6-w102dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have several questions. Looking forward to the specialists' answers ASAP. Thank you in advance.

1. My laptop is m6-w102dx, the motherboard model no. 827523-601. Can I replace it with the motherboard of m6-w105dx (model no. 811098-601)?

2. Can I move the parts on the broken motherboard (827523-601), such as cooling tank, Wi-Fi card, Ram (they work well), to the replacing motherboard (811098-601)?

3. After replacing/upgrading the motherboard, can I get the Windows OS/installed applications exactly like them before the replacement?

Do I have to reinstall the windows OS (that means erase all the apps on my laptop)?

Or how can I get the system/installed apps work well like before without reinstallation?

Thanks again.

ECHO_LAKE,

Thank your message.

I clicked the "contact help" link, but I couldn't find how or where I can resolve the problems, and finally somehow returned back here.

Do you have the phone number of a real technician whom I can talk with?

Thanks,

Time

I mean does HP have a public technical support phone number? Through it people can talk with a real technician.

thanks,
