Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My laptop is just two years old so out of warrantee but one of the hinges has broken. I’ve never mishandled it and have always opened and closed the device as recommended. This does not seem fair wear. There is no number to ring for out of warrantee products. Has anyone had any joy with HP as it seems like a common problem with this model? I don’t consider it is fit for purpose if it only lasts 2 years.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
