I got this computer back in 2017 and after the first year, the plastic around the screws that bolt the hinge in pulled apart. Following the manuals, my dad was able to fix it a bit. But with continued use, the same thing has happened to the other hinge and it refuses to be fixed, even though we tried to repair it the same way we did for the other one. The design of the hinge connection to the case is extremely flawed. The plastic holding the hinges into the screen cannot withstand the force of the stronger metal to which they are attached. I would like to note that I have not abused this computer in any way. I would expect that a laptop of this price should last a lot longer than three years. What can you do to resolve this issue for me?
