Product: Envy 2-1 360 Laptop 2016
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought an Envy two years ago and have had issues since day one. Within the first month of owning the computer, I had to send it to HP to get the screen replaced. Last summer, my motherboard completely stopped working and I had it replaced. Now, my laptop will not turn on at all, but, when plugged in to the charger, the white LED light on the side is on to say that the laptop is fully charged.
