Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ew1000 (794C0AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

2023 HP Envy laptop hangs multiple times each day and needs to be restarted to recover.

Hang occurs when arrow keys are pressed repeatedly. Happens in multiple applications, notepad, VS code...

I have tried updating keyboard drivers but windows reports that I have the latest driver installed.

First dl fresh drivers here https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/hp-envy-x360-15.6-inch-2-in-1-laptop-pc-15-ew1000/2101549632 Get new drivers, remove the drivers loaded and run the latest ones
