HP Recommended
HP Envy M6 Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have 2 screws missing from the bottom of my laptop, 1 in the top left hand side and the other from the top right hand side. Both by the hinges which is causing the laptop to seperate in both corners. Laptop is only a year old, I can't seem to find an answer to solve this problem, I see others are also having this problem, can you please give me the solutiion to this?

@Earnest1

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Forum.

@JBrown2037

Welcome to the HP Forums!

I understand HP Envy M6 Notebook Screws are Missing,

I'll be glad to help you out, however, for an accurate solution I will need more details:

What is the product number of your product? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824

Did you look at your user guide for the details about the screw, if not click here to view the user guide.

If your product is out of warranty, you could always find the part number using the HP Parts surfer and purchase the part/screws from the HP Parts store.

Please reply with the details for further assistance.

Eager to help!

Feel free to post your query for any other assistance as well,

It's been a pleasure interacting with you and I hope you have a good day ahead.

If you wish to show appreciation for my efforts, mark my post as Accepted Solution.

And click on the Purple Thumbs up icon at the bottom of my comment.
