Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ew0000 (549V8AV)

I purchased a sealed HP Envy 15.6 and it has cosmetic flaws straight from the factory! There are chips, scratches, and even a missing piece of aluminum on the aluminum casing. The right side screen body is bent so bad that it rubs against the bottom case when opening. I understand that it’s not a Macbook, but this unit costs more than my MBA. I’ve owned several brands of PC’s and i’m appalled that HP would manufacture such a poor quality product. Quality assurance has to be non-existent at HP to let this pass. It’s like HP just doesn’t care. I review products that I purchase. I’m so upset, that I will make sure I share this on Tik Tok and YT to inform every one of the subpar quality you get for an $1100 HP product.
