I have the same left hinge problem I keep reading about on the Forum. Also my Wi Fi Adapter stopped working when I had to upgrade From 8.1 to 10. What can I do?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

I also have this same manifacturing fault. Also have seen that it have been problem for a number of years. I expect HP to take care of fixing this issue on a recall basses. have also seen that a case action case have been started to address this issue from a while ago but have not seen anything about helping HP's customer get this takne care of. anyone have any updates n this??
