HP Envy X360 13 Left Hinge Loss

I just bought my HP Envy x360 13 last week. Since the first day the left hinge already started to loss, there's no other issue but I'm just concern that in the future it might getting worse as it already having an issue on the first day of using it. I check online and see a lot of people having the same issue as me, somehow worse! I'm not at that stage yet, but just wondering if there's any solution toward this issue because I don't want to wait until it gets worse.

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer. 

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
