HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 13-ay0045au
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought an HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 13-ay0045au back in September 2020. It's been a pretty solid machine until last night. She went to close it and the right hinge popped. I'm sure it's out of warranty but is it possible to get this fixed? This laptop hasn't been dropped or mistreated in any way.

There seems to be a loose screw in there.  The laptop can no longer be closed at all so any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
