HP Envy and HP Pen with Microsoft PowerPoint

hi,

here are what happened when i tried to installed the apps on my envy x360 ag0003au. btw, this pen comes together when i bought the notebook

Active Stylus - Compatibility Document

Search the document for a compatible stylus and find additional information about stylus support.

HP PCs - Touchscreen Compatibility with Pen and Stylus

• If there is an HP Active Stylus available for your model, it should be included in the document.
• If you are unsure of the model series, click open the appropriate category (Consumer or Business class systems), peruse the list to find supported models.
• Pen(s) compatible with your computer are marked with a “check mark” to the right of your computer model, in the column(s) under the Pen name / description(s).
• Additional information can sometimes be found in Advisory Documents for your computer.
• The document is updated as new information becomes available.

Compatibility document:

The "z" version of the system supports a stylus.

A different (document) resource indicates your "non-Z" system also supports these two pens.

Updates - General sequence of events for a new computer

• Windows Updates > Check for Updates and install updates.  Note that for new computer, Windows Updates may have to be run more than once to "catch everything" .  If updates are installed, Restart the computer and log in.

• Relevant HP Software and Updates should be installed - even a new computer might need one or more updates.  Remember to install "other updates" first, Restart the computer and log in, then manually download-save-install the BIOS Update (if applicable). 

NOTE:  Generally (at this writing), the BIOS will likely do better if you do NOT update it using HP Support Assistant.

Reminder - Do not use the HPSA to update the BIOS

HP Software and Drivers

There are a number of updates in your HP Software and Drivers Website.

Open the Website support page and Expand the Driver list.

Install "other" updates and then

Search the page for "Pen" to find relevant updates.

HP Pen - 1MR94AA

If your Pen is the "HP Pen" and there is no driver listed in your software and drivers page,

Try the following driver.
