Product: HP ENVY Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I bought my HP Envy on January 2020 and the back of the laptop started to come apart when I tried to fold it to close. I brought it to 2 computer stores who advised that they are unable to order the hinges parts. They both said it's unusual for it to happen after only over 1 year. Have others had the same issue and how did you resolve it? I have sent an email to HP and will try calling them again, but I'm in need of this laptop for work and would be so unfortunate if I need to get it sent off for a few weeks.
