Hi, I have an issue that seems to be a commonality with HP Envy X360 computer. My Left casing/hinge area has cracked and now the casing is coming apart from the screen, and I can't use my computer. The computer is having difficulty closing, and the screen is not working. I have not dropped, damaged, or handled the computer roughly. The computer cracked as I opened it up. I do not use it in the flipped tablet position. This is very upsetting, as I have seen that this has been an issue since 2015, and it is a design flaw that apparently has not been fixed. The computer is only just over a year old, and I use the computer daily for my work. It would be greatly appreciated if someone from HP could help resolve this problem.
