Hello,

I do not think anything strange, different, or weird happened. But the other day when I booted up my PC, the battery did not charge.

It will die the second I unplug it. If I run my cursor over it, it says "0% available (plugged in)".

I did uninstall some battery driver, but that did not do the trick. Please help!

I hope you all are well and healthy.

Thanks so much.

@secgenddhd Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that you are unable to charge the laptop battery.

Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.

Steps to uninstall the ACPI drivers

Right-Click on start button> click device manager> Batteries>then select the s drivers and right-click on it and uninstall all battery drivers.

Then update the BIOS restart the computer and check again.
