HP ENVY Laptop - 13-ba0558na
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello. I've had my HP Envy laptop 13 ba0558na since 2021 so it's well out of warranty. The hinge on the right side started to come apart about 6 months ago. It's now gotten to the point where the screen is almost totally coming off and is making such a horrible noise Im too scared to close it. I've not mishandled my laptop at all, it tends to only stay on my desk and when I have taken it traveling it's only been short distances and I use a very sturdy laptop case which protects it. There's no way I can repair this myself, has anyone managed to get this repaired as I've seen this is a very common problem which shouldn't be punishable to there customers as it's clearly a fault with the design and build of these laptops.
