I have had my HP Envy for since September 2023 and have had minimal to no Issues with it.

However, I have a had a few minor hardware issues with the device and it seems as though HP Support just don’t care in the slightest. I have been ignored countless times and told that it’s my fault.

Currently the issue remains unresolved.

It was around January 2024 when I started experiencing a slight bending in the case and noticed that the hinges and main screen are misaligned. When I close the lid the Hinge covers tend to bend outwards and this is quite alarming.

Progressively the issue got worse until April 2024 when I decided to contact HP and claim on my warranty. To my disgust I was told many attempts later that these were my issues and that I had caused the damage and that I would be charged for repair.

I am a student and require my laptop daily however, when paying £1000+ for a device you’d think that you’d be offered some support with any issues.
