HP Envy x360 Hinge problem

Hi,

I've noticed that the screen on my laptop comes off at the bottom left, next to the hinge, when I move the screen of my computer and try to close or open it, even though my laptop is not even 3 years old... I could see that this seemed to be a recurring problem with these PCs and that HP recognised this fault and that repairs were normally covered. Is it the case ?

I understand you have trouble with the bottom of the screen popping out. To help you better, do share an image of the issue and Please help us with your HP unit serial number or the product number in a private message for further assistance.
