Product: HP Envy x360

I plugged the charger into my laptop which was on 17% and closed the top of the laptop down. I removed the charger from the laptop before leaving the house approx. 30 minutes later. I came home to the laptop shortly after leaving and the laptop was burning hot to the touch. I couldn't hold it and it had shut itself down. It will not turn on. What do I do?
