HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ew1000 (794C0AV)

I bought an HP Envy x360 Convertible for my study back in October 2023. It's been a pretty solid machine until few days back. I want to close it and the right hinge popped. Is it possible to get this fixed? This laptop hasn't not been dropped or mistreated in any way.

There seems to be a loose screw in there too. The laptop can no longer be closed at all so any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Hello.

Your new laptop is defective. Do not try to fix it yourself. All HP laptops have a warranty of at least 1 year.

Contact either the seller, a local HP authorized service partner, or **bleep** to have it fixed.
