Hi guys,
I've recently got this laptop and it seems that the part where the hard drive connects is broken. I was advised that I can try use an M.2 ssd instead but I'm not sure if the Envy x360 has this option. How can I make sure plz?

Not broken. That is a zif connector. You need the proper cable and bracket to install a 2.5 inch SATA SSD. M.2 port is a ways away from that. If you have no drive connected to that port you must have an M.2 SSD which looks like an extra long memory module.
