Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been reading a HP white paper on ways to deploy firmware to USB-C docks as well as interrogate them for firmware version etc as detailed int he link below.

This white paper discusses the use of a HP Firmware Software tool to select the method of firmware deployment and for the life of me I have been unable to find anywhere that I can download this from. Can anyone help with a suggestion please?

 

I should point out that the Dock in question is a USB-C G5 dock.

the tools is in the softpaq containing the firmware , available at this HP link

 

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-usb-c-dock-g5/27767205

 

download and extracte the file using 7zip o just run it.
