I can not turn on the headset.
I have charged it, the light turns red when I put the cable in. But when I press the button in to turn it on, nothing happens.
Has this happen to anyone else? Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

I didn't bother to reply / update what the outcome was as:
1. Took me forever to get details to contact them
2. No one replied to me on this
I eventually got a number from the website (its very confusing to find) and rang up customer support. I was told that my warranty had expired even though I had only purchased the headset 5 months ago. Had to prove this was the case (so lucky that I still had the invoice!)
I assume that they know about the problem with the headset not charging. I say this because as soon as I mentioned it I was told that it would be replaced, not repaired. My headset has been replaced and is now working fine.
