MY LAPTOP WHEN I TURN IT ON IS SAYING I NEED A BATTERY REPLACEMENT. MY BATTERY IS INTERNAL. WHERE OR HOW I CAN GET A BATTERY FOR MY LAPTOP AND HOW CAN I GET SOMEONE TO INSTALL IT FOR ME.

If you provide the exact model or product number of the machine we can try to find out which battery you need

HP Notebook PCs - How Do I Find My Product Name or Number? | HP® Customer Support

 

You could take the notebook to your local trusted computer shop and I am sure they would be able to replace the battery.
